William had all the odds against him being a senior with a laundry list of medical issues. So, the moment rescuers at @thepawerfulrescue received William's urgent plea they just knew they couldn’t let him spend one more night on that concrete floor.⁠ ⁠ Once William was in their care, we thought he was in the clear.⁠ That was until William stopped eating. ⁠ ⁠ He began throwing up and was extremely lethargic. They rushed him to the vet and that is when they found out that he had an obstruction that needed to be surgically removed. They were not expecting this, but told them to go ahead and do whatever it was that needed to be done.⁠ ⁠ He had his procedure and it went extremely well! And now, he has made a 100% recovery! ⁠ ⁠ If that wasn't awesome enough, we were also beyond excited to share that this sweet guy had been adopted!! He now has a forever home that he will spend the rest of his days in, with a family that loves him so much!⁠ ⁠ Your generosity allows for things like this to happen every day.
