woke up this morning to my second nomination in the one shot awards! top 100 out of 34,700 entries!!! the beginning of this year was no walk in the park for me. i was a new mom going through PPA and lost my job. let’s just say my drive was gone in the hair world. but still, the one shot entires started and i told myself even if i just entered one photo, at least i was entering. and today i have two nominations for this award competition that had over 300,000 entries from over 80 countries. even if this is as far as i get, i’m so grateful i have people out there who recognize and appreciate my work and who understand juggling a career and motherhood is extremely difficult. thank you to @marybehindthechair @kevin.givens and everyone at @behindthechair_com for this. top 25s are next, wish me luck!🤍
