the california coast has always represented rest to me so getting away this weekend was so recharging. i’m stepping into a new season & i know that taking time to stop, to notice & reset the mind strengthens me in ways that are easy to neglect. thankful for the serene pauses in life that remind you that life is a gift 🤎
