Sit still for a moment, feel your breath, smile & centre yourself 2. Physical exercise and nutrition 3. Put my phone down, get outside & put some music on 4. Connect with others. Speaking to someone you can trust will help shift negative energy. 5. Gratitude. If you canโ€™t think of something (which is normal), think about breathing & opening your eyes this morning. Not a bad thing to be grateful for. ๐Ÿ’ซ
