5 ways I manage stress
1. Sit still for a moment, feel your breath, smile & centre yourself
2. Physical exercise and nutrition
3. Put my phone down, get outside & put some music on
4. Connect with others. Speaking to someone you can trust will help shift negative energy.
5. Gratitude. If you canโt think of something (which is normal), think about breathing & opening your eyes this morning. Not a bad thing to be grateful for.
