🦪 delighted to share that one of my pulled sugar oyster spoons will be included in @museumofcityny‘s show “food in new york” which opens this friday 🥄🥄🥄 my first time larping as non-chef Artiste, couldn’t stay away from the spoons for long 👨‍🎨 for those who have asked, these pieces are candy! sugar cooked until very hot, pulled and stretched to fold in air, which is what gives it that metallic sheen, and then molded by hand 🧬
