Accessible Sailing at @whitefriarssailability - where I should have been today if my health would have let me! 🥺 It’s an incredible experience and so relaxing. The team make sure I get everything I need to enable me to enjoy the experience and sailing on the lake is so relaxing and soul refreshing. I’ve actually missed my last couple of sessions and am so disappointed that I couldn’t make it today, with Long Covid and my should having a really bad day it just wasn’t possible for me to get there. This is when I need a carer/PA as I’d have been able to go then and I’m really feeling it right now.
