Reader Deliveries: Congratulations to @seven18spyder on the arrival of his brand new PTS Mint Green (mintgrün; non-metallic UNI; 22R) 718 Cayman GT4. Delivered to @porscheoflondon in London, Ontario, Canada, this example sports the manual. @seven18spyder shared with us his Porsche story, writing, “I’ve been a Porsche fan my whole life. While I adore 911’s, I’ve always had a soft spot for the mid engine Cayman and Boxster architecture. I’ve owned a ‘19 Cayman GTS, a ‘21 Spyder, and now the 23’ GT4.” With his GT4, @seven18spyder wanted to tie in an element from his dream Porsche, writing, “The 964 911 is my most ‘iconic’ Porsche, and none more so than the 964 RS. I briefly considered many colours once approved for PTS, but Mint Green was always my number 1 choice. I loved those 964 RS’ that had basic interiors, combined with bright exteriors. There was something so timeless about them, even in ‘tropical skittles’ colours. Combine that with the fact that the 718 body architecture lends so well to UNI colours, and we have a match made perfectly. The scoops and cuts work so well with bright colours. So I chose Mint Green.” Mint Green is a Paint-to-Sample color currently offered on the 718, 992, and Taycan models. Beyond the special color, this example rides on the standard silver wheels, which are paired with optional PCCB with High Gloss Black calipers. We have the optional Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with PDLS up front, and the standard “PORSCHE” logo in High Gloss Silver out back. Inside, we have the optional Leather/Race-Tex Interior in Black with Silver Stitching. The owner writes, “My ethos was to have a bold exterior, with a very timeless and classic interior. This is the reason I went with leather for almost everything available inside the cabin.“ Other interior options include Full Bucket Seats, Chrono Package, and Sun Visors in Race-Tex.
