I was delighted to be invited to a panel discussion at the UNICEF Global Supply Meeting. The topic was ‘Women in Leadership’, with co-panelists Hilina Belete, General Manager of Hilina Enriched Foods (Ethiopia) with more than 100 employees under her leadership, and Monica Musonda, CEO of Java Food Ltd (Zambia) with more than 80 employees. Being the CEO for She for She, where our aim is to empower and employ more women and ensure women feel supported, valued and respected, it was such an incredible honor to be invited to discuss the importance of female leadership, as we strive to continue to empower more women to improve their futures!
