When you love something, like really truly deeply love something - part of your life’s pursuit becomes doing what’s best for that thing. I really love fashion and it was through that love that I birthed @brothervellies I just wanted to think about our industry a little differently. And I’ve always been a daydreamer that’s what inspires me to keep going when at times (especially over the past 6 years) things have felt insurmountable. I’m still writing these chapters of my life in fashion, but I appreciate my seat at the table. I appreciate most of my seat mates for allowing me to make more space for others that look like me and I promise to always keep bringing flowers to dinner for these some times uncomfortable conversations.
