Word of mouth... When we were recording these two projects my producer Jen and I had a very specific vision. We wanted to give the listener an experience that they had never had while listening to an audiobook. Part radio show, part podcast, part audiobook but most of all fully genuine. We were adamant on creating something unique, creating something that you would miss when it was over. We wanted you to feel like other audiobooks need to step their game up! Listen, not a day goes by that someone doesn’t drop me a line in my DM’s telling me how much one of these two audiobooks have meant to them. I wanted you to laugh, think, smile, contemplate hard issues, learn something new and my greatest hope is that you wouldn’t leave one of my audiobooks the same as when you started it. It’s been one of the biggest honors of my life to write and record these books for you. Most of my DM’s begin with someone saying, “My friend told me I HAD to listen to/read your book!” I always get a little nervous that the message is going to end with them saying, “And it was the biggest mistake of my life you jerk!!!” That hasn’t happened... Yet. All that to say, thank you friends for continuing to tell the world the impact these two books have had in and on your life. Have you pushed play yet? If not I hope you will soon.
