18 months of IVF, 20 months of pregnancy, 48 months of nursing, 132 months of sleepless nights, endless days of feeding them healthy food, reading books with all the voices, teaching them to love themselves, be honest, be kind, be confident, the golden rule etc etc etc has made days like these so sweet we can literally taste it. The amount of energy that goes into being a mother is something no one can prepare you for... having to make the hardest decisions in life with their best interest in mind has been a whole new level of intense this last year. The best gift I can give them isn’t a vacation... but a happy mom. 🙏🏼 Also... i dont consider it a kid trip or an adult trip, the same way I don’t believe in a kids menu vs. adult menu. It’s all just a human experience, the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful 🖤
