‘Renée Green: Inevitable Distances‘ is now open at Migros Museum for Contemporary Art in Zurich after being at KW in 2021! 👀 'Inevitable Distances' is a comprehensive survey of Renée Green’s practice from the early 1980s until now and one of the largest exhibitions of her work since 2010. Green’s work came to prominence in the early 1990s and circulated within the social and political flows between the world and the Americas, a concept that includes the United States, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. The exhibition was produced together with KW, where it was shown in 2021. It is curated by our associated curator Mason Leaver-Yap and our Assistant Curator Sofie Krogh Christensen @skchris_. We are very happy seeing it coming to life again in Zurich.
