The exhibit will feature art works from students of the @graphicnonviolence art education program as well as visual works made by some very iconic rock, goth, glam and punk icons🤩 Painter and educator Alexander Wiesenfeld will act as juror, awarding gift certificates and other prizes to the student art exhibitors Musicians with art available for purchase: Jello Biafra (Dead Kennedys, Guantanamo School of Medicine), Joe Baiza (Saccharine Trust, Universal Congress Of), Loto Ball (The Phantom Limbs, Mucca Pazza), Don Bolles (Germs, 45 Grave, Celebrity Skin, Fancy Space People), Mike Crain (Dead Cross, Festival of Dead Deer), Gitane Demone (Christian Death, GD Quartet), Hudley Flipside (Los Angeles’ Flipside fanzine), Sonny Kay (The VSS, Gold Standard Labs), Nora Keyes (Centimeters, Fancy Space People), Jessica Moncrief (music photographer), Monkey (The Adicts), Kyle Ranson (Years, Strawberry Smog), Kevin Seconds (7Seconds), Edward Stapleton (Nervous Gender), John Trubee (Ugly Janitors of America, Zoogz Rift), and Steve Walters (Screwball Press) All proceeds from art sales support programming at our C.A.P.O. Center Musician and donating artist Don Bolles will be in-person at this event DJing vinyl from 5-8pm.
