OMG I’m growing #locs. I know I’ve been in hiding since I had Ryann...popping in on stories here & there. But I’m definitely going through a few seasons over here in private! When I’m ready I’ll share more. But here’s a sneak peek of my #starterlocs. In this very moment I’m loving this process but my mindset has been the same as my #naturalhairjourney...anxious for thickness and growth. What I’ve learned though is #shrinkage is still a thing during the beginning phases. When I first started my locs they were so thin and scraggly. Soon after they started to thicken up a bit but there was major shrinkage. Right now they still aren’t as thick as I would like them to be but I’m trying to be patient. I heard the 2 year mark is the ✨ magic year ✨! 5 more month until my ONE YEAR mark...so I’m excited to see the rest of this first year transformation. I’ll keep y’all posted.
