Alan just like me comes from the background of serving his country in the US Army, who then decided to pursue his passion of bodybuilding. Alan went on to earn his Masters Degree at one of the best schools for exercise science, University of Tampa and has learned from and taught with some of the best in the industry like @noswitchfitness and the @mi40 team.
