Antoni Gaudi was a Spanish architect, the greatest exponent of Catalan modernism, seven of his works in Barcelona are on the list of World Heritage Sites and Unesco. One of the main purposes of Gaudi was to ensure a perfect distribution of space and light within his buildings, in fact, sunlight was intended as a material that was essential in Gaudi’s designs, which collected and filtered it with the help of large windows, blinds and curtains to then convey it inwards to define with great precision the architectural spaces and at the same time involve the user of such environments in a very peculiar experience. When we bring the world of the bar closer to art we have to talk about @remy_savage_ , whom inspired me as I created this drink. I decided to use his idea of putting a prism inside an ice cube to create a play of lights and colours (refraction of light) and try to recreate what Gaudi wanted in his own buildings.
