Sunday is wine funday ❤️ Today I am opening a bottle of vintage 2000 🍷 from Château de Beaucastel which js a winery located in the southern part of the Rhône valley in France 🇫🇷 The special Vieilles Vignes 👀 of Beaucastel’s white Châteauneuf du Pape is a varietal Roussanne wine, which is rare in Rhône and even rarer in Châteauneuf du Pape 👌🏻 To open a 22 year old bottle of white wine can be tricky 🫠 since white wines tend to be shorter lived.
