MIND, BODY, SPIRIT...It just feels like waking up from a 4yeara Coma... 😭❤️😭❤️ I cant express how grateful i am and proud of myself to have overcome one if the hardest time of my life... ❤️😭🙏 Getting covid twice with crazy breathing issues for over a year. not able to talk over the phone without being out of breath, cant going down the stairs, and more... and all the set backs over the years.. broken foot, sprains ankle, other sickness.. NOT able to do what i love the most and kinda losing my connection with my passion was just crazy... BUT... every single steps count.. even the small ones... Redecorating my entire place, making changes in my life.. meditations, journaling, eating healthy, doing small things that i love.. EVERYTHING is connected.. EVERY THING... just be patient with yourself and stay positive... even if its hard.. YOU.. GOT... THIS... I hope this will motivate and inspire you guys if you going thru the hard times too.. or even to stay on track... There is so much more to say... But.. Im back... CEDDY is back.. !!!
