It’s been 1 year since I had a career change and started working at @greatnorthernclassics in marketing, automotive events & communications. It’s been incredible to see the changes in a short space of time and the potential this place continues to show. I took this job to help give a home to automotive culture in our area and contribute to a thriving community that in my opinion didn’t have a venue that reflected it. As well as give people who are wanting to make the jump into automotive events a venue that not only supports the culture, but offers organising support, structure and a formular that they can make their own. Long way to go, but the direction is right and I’m proud of the small team I work with and the effort we all put in to make every section of this place buzz.
