Today is a big day, as my weight loss journey has progressed, I stopped focusing on the numbers and instead on how I felt. I actually decided to weigh myself today, and to my absolute delight, I am now at my goal weight! Starting at 170.3 kilos, even getting below 100 seemed insurmountable, but here I am at 90 kilos! 80.3 kilos lost is just incredible to me. I can’t comprehend it at all.
