This was not within her budget. She asked about red and I replied “YAS!!’ It will make her gorgeous blue eyes pop!! I took thin sections and painted on @schwarzkopfpro #blondeme on the dark patches and bands. Then applied to Mids to ends. @pulpriothair 7-66 w/20vol on roots. Then right on top of roots through ends applied -66 booster 10vol.
