Another beautiful Tertulia last night at Mena - Thank you to everyone who came out for a night of sharing knowledge, passion and curiosity. Just as Chef’s @victoriablamey aunt Filomena passed on her love of cooking to her around the kitchen - the Tertulias turns our space into a place for community and sharing and passing on knowledge. It was so good to shine the spotlight on our very own Dr.J @arielle_johnson along with Alice Jun of @hanamakgeolli and Raphael Lyon of @honeysbrooklyn and @enlightenmentwines , who talked about all things fermentation and flavor, and shared their mutual passion for exploration and experimentation. And along the way, touch on essential things like, time, culture, biology, taste, pleasure....Great to watch everyone sipping on Mead, Flower Wines, Chichas and Sool, and sharing that pleasure together!
