Late last night we said goodbye to one of my best friends, Cherokee. When the pandemic hit, and I had virtually no job & reality looked really scary for us all... this dog made things brighter and life a better place. She’s gone everywhere with me, from Brooklyn to North Carolina to down the street for some pizza 🥹 and so it was peaceful to make one last journey together and hold her through it. I’d like to think that if the last moments you hear someone encouraging and telling you how great you are, it makes things a bit easier. Thankful for B for being here and for letting me be a part of Cherokees 13 year journey. Love you Cher 🥰 see you at the end of the line.
