Recently I took a much needed break to disconnect from doing anything that distracted me from taking care of my mental health, in the process I lost multiple jobs, people I thought were my friends & material items, but one thing I never lost was myself. This is my journey, this is my story & the way I live my life is not for you to understand. However, if you choose to care about such, only thing you really need to do is support the process without judgement. WORK ON YOU FOR YOU - stay woke! Remember don’t do things to please other people, do them because it’s what your heart tells you to do, always trust your intuition because it will never lead you astray. At the end of the day, it’s ourselves we sit with.
