Summer has been FULL to say the least, and my word for the last few weeks has been ALIGNMENT. Some Sundays ago, I was on a 5am flight with @namastemarleyrae from SF back to LA to be a guest teacher at @walkgoodla’s BREATHEGOOD yoga class closing out #pridemonth with my #Morehouse bro @itsbrianhenry on the sounds & @betterbrothersla also. The previous week, I was an attendee taking class 🤯 but I got the call, and made happen bc #alignment. If you know me, you know how much I believe in community & yoga bringing ppl together. I started @black.mat.yoga bc I believe that Black and brown folks should feel at home in their bodies & know that we’re perfect just as we are in a world that CONSTANTLY tries to convince us otherwise. So this Sunday, I’m #breathinggood at home while reflecting on this beautiful sunny Sunday in the park with this beautiful collective.
