Just when I thought I had it all figured out. Taken all the advanced yoga trainings, meditations, shamanic rituals, ayahuasca trips, frog medicine, mushrooms, inner child therapies, temazcals, reiki healers, gone through major loss and ego deaths - Here I go back to where I began The universe spitting on my face... a golden unicorn shows up... who is this? And why? Its ME. I see you. A reflection of everything I still need to heal. A trip to the past. Because if I haven’t learned the lesson my shit will become so much more obvious so much more on my face that I can’t help but to do it all again... if you must you must. Here to remind you that healing is not linear. Its a cycle of death and rebirth. A lifetime commitment with ourselves because if I am living an awaken life, I must face pain and the discomfort no matter what.
