BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD Happy October 1st! This super duper easy pumpkin bread is just what you need for this weekend. It is so delicious and it can be dairy free and gluten free with two simple swaps (gluten free oats and dairy free chocolate chips). My family has been enjoying this so much this week I made it a second time this week. Enjoy!! Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1 egg 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 1 1/2 cup oat flour (use gluten free oats if needed) 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt flakey salt and chocolate chips for topping *the flakey salt and choco choco realllyyyyy makes the recipe Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit Mix all of your wet ingredients and then add your dry ingredients until mixed well Top with flakey sea salt and chocolate chips, highly recommend not skipping this step!
