What I Eat In A Day Vegan 🌱 Simple wholesome meals! Hope this gives you some meal inspo on recipes you can add to your week to change it up✨ Eating plant-based doesn’t need to be boring! Breakfast: Chia pudding with mango, banana and coconut flakes. This is so summery and delicious — 4 tbsp chia seeds + 1/2 cup soy milk, mix together and set in the fridge to thicken. Iced matcha — ice, matcha powder and soy milk Lunch: Tofu gyro bowl — I used the recipe from my greek bowl on my feed if you scroll down or try the tofu gyros reel recipe. Snack: Strawberry protein smoothie — 2 cups frozen strawbs, 1 banana, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 tsp maca powder and 300ml almond milk Dinner: Lentil dal — recipe reel is on my feed. Dessert: Peanut butter crunch bars — recipe reel is on my feed.
