What a weekend! An icon, a legend, a mentor to thousands & most importantly my sweet Mom. She makes having someone to look up easy. Growing up, I’ve watched her run 3 companies, start a hair color revolution out of our garage, work behind the chair and teach thousands of hairdressers and salon owners. Last night her more than 40 years of hard work was honored as she won EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR! 🏆 The best part… watching her work alongside my Dad (see the way he smiles at her in the last video) and my brother Jamison as they honor the family business and our late Papa… the Jamison Shaw! I’m proud, I’m humbled and I have a lot of work to do to live up to the woman she is💛 Love you Mom
