This Vday we’re prioritizing self LOVE and we’re making it an all year thing, OK?! — my new goals are enrolling in yoga or Pilates, dedicating a minimum of one hour a day OFF MY PHONE, prioritizing water over coffee & not waiting till 7pm to eat my first meal.
