Ingredients:
1 cup (130g) gluten-free baking flour*
2/3 cup (80g) @livbody lean vegan protein in blueberry cobbler (code "NOEXCUSES" for 20% off)
1/2 cup calorie-free sweetener* (I used one that's twice as sweet as sugar)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup plain yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
3/4 cup egg whites* (or vegan egg replacer)
3 tbsp. vegan buttery spread* (or coconut oil)
3 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce* (or more buttery spread)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. pure almond extract (optional)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
