Where did January go?” The beginning of a new year is the time when we reflect on the previous year and decide what things we would like to change and do differently. A new year can represent a new start, a new chapter or a clean unwritten page in life. This may be your year to start a business, start a family or it may be your season to enter menopause or enter a new relationship. When I entered this season of life, and realized I had something to share with the world, I decided not to let midlife or menopause hide my light. I have a desire to live better, travel more, meet new people and reach new goals. I’ve learned to focus more on the desired results I will gain from my goals, rather than just the goal itself. As I work towards my goal, it might shift, but as long as my “why” remains clear, I have improved the possibility of achieving a successful outcome.
