Mega producer and 'Pose' co-creator Ryan Murphy was honored at the 80th Golden Globe Awards for his contributions to the television landscape, and he used his entire speech to shout out the largely LGBTQ+ actors who have defined his career, starting with 'Pose' star Michaela Jaé Rodriguez. Rodriguez made history last year as the first trans actress to win a Golden Globe, but because last year’s ceremony wasn’t broadcast, wasn’t able to accept the award on television. Luckily, she got her mini moment tonight. Murphy went on to honor Billy Porter, Niecy Nash-Betts, Matt Bomer, and Jeremy Pope, all openly queer actors. Watch the emotional speech and read more at the link in our bio.
