A little less spicy than its aged counterpart, it's still the perfect topper for any salad, sandwich, or egg creation. ⁠ ⁠ 🍃Pea Shoots⁠ These guys grow taller than most microgreens and may require a tad more nutrients but they make delicious toppers to eggs and salads with their sweet flavour.
