š„Top 3 Microgreensā
ā
Just kidding - that's too debatable. But, since we do have the floor, let's talk about microgreens and their zestiness, spice and flavour. Oh the possibilities they can add not only to salads, but pastas, soups and so much more. So, without actually ranking them, here are our top microgreens in terms of ease of growing and taste.ā
ā
And since any 'top list' is debatable, let's hear from you in the comments below!ā
ā
šBeetā
These actually take a tad longer than most microgreens to grow, but they're worth the wait for their earthy flavour.ā
ā
šArugulaā
Now if you like Arugula in general for its peppery goodness, you're obv going to love it mini. A little less spicy than its aged counterpart, it's still the perfect topper for any salad, sandwich, or egg creation. ā
ā
šPea Shootsā
These guys grow taller than most microgreens and may require a tad more nutrients but they make delicious toppers to eggs and salads with their sweet flavour. Known as the 'gateway microgreen' they are a great entry to the world of mini veg possibilities!ā
