5 ways I changed my mindset from “having to work out” to loving it 🫶🏼⬇️
1. choosing workouts I actually enjoy
I used to force myself to weight train, but I realized I love pilates classes with music and a community vibe
2. realizing walking counts too
I love that I can move my body, get fresh air, and still work on my phone or listen to nature on a hike
3. focusing on how I feel, not how I look
I stopped working out just for physical results and started paying attention to which workouts make me happy afterwards
4. romanticizing my routine
cute workout sets, good playlists, and a matcha after class make me actually look forward to it
5. being okay with rest days
I learned that resting is part of the process, not something to feel guilty about
