Just out here raising daughters who know their mom enjoys all different kinds of food. Whenever I share my health journey in stories I get asked about my full day’s worth of eating! If you’ve been following along, you know I’ve been on a quest to take better care of myself—to regain vim and vigour since becoming a mom. So here’s an example of what I eat in a day. It’s not meant as nutrition advice but as a snapshot of what’s working for me lately. Remember everyone’s needs and preferences are different! My biggest goal, in addition to feeling vibrant and having the energy I need to live my life fully, is to model joyful and self-nurturing food behaviors for my kids. We definitely eat the rainbow at our house—sometimes it’s a fruit platter, and sometimes it’s an M&M’s sundae!
