The mind works in funny ways. Despite a 26 minute PR, I’ve been going back and forth replaying what I could’ve done differently to trim that literal 1 second to achieving a clean 3:30 Boston qualifying time. After all the hard work, I wanted the “win” so badly. Although I don’t understand the full purpose of this 1 second lesson right now, I know this will make me a better athlete and better Rosanna 🥲 Still insanely proud of myself for yesterday. Just a year ago I was fighting my ass for a sub 4 hour marathon and here my little butt is fighting for a BQ. Couldn’t thank @coachomargonzalez enough for training me and my @koreatownrunclub family.
