I do really value and appreciate the NHS but it's so inefficient and wastes so much money, which impacts on the patients' lives. The waiting times are ridiculous. I know they're short staffed and have too many patients, but the way it's managed really doesn't help! The individuals working for the NHS are brilliant and I'm truly grateful to them. I know they get frustrated with it all too.
