Today I’m 34 🥰 and this birthday is the most special! I have so much im grateful for. I’ve been reflecting on this year... and really all the years leading up to this one- WOW. My biggest wish has come true. Every year when I blow out my candles I wished for Jax. Im so incredibly grateful for Jax. He is everything and more than I could have ever imagined. Beyond Grateful for this new chapter in my life and all the moments in between. @juslevine you were my first wish and I wouldn’t have this life without you.
