Important information below⬇️ As we approach October dates on the farm, we want to make our refund policy clear so you are prepared for your visit. 〰 All ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, as we are turning away other farm fans to secure your spot. Tickets are valid ONLY for the date stated on your ticket. Unused tickets will become null and void. 〰 There is an option to purchase “purchase protection” for your order. This covers unforeseen circumstances such as death in the family, emergency health issue, transportation issues, employment obligations and more. Please know that this option is offered through a third party. Claims must be submitted directly at purchaseprotection.com/claims/. A refund request must be submitted with accompanying documentation within 48 hours of event date. 〰 You are always welcome to wait until the day of the event to purchase your ticket however, there is always a chance we will be sold out. 〰 Tickets for the Fall Festival are sold ONLINE ONLY.
