my one hour morning routine✨ One of my favorite tips for making the most out of your day is to break it down into quarters! I apply this principle everywhere - even in my morning routine. Breaking things down into four parts really helps me stay on track while at the same time pushes me to be better. I used to really struggle (and sometimes still do) with an all or nothing mindset. If I didn’t wake up early enough for a walk, or if I missed my workout, or if I didn’t finish my assignment...I would simply just write off the whole day. This mentality was so toxic to me, since it would always leave me feeling defeated & unaccomplished. Breaking my days down into quadrants has been INCREDIBLE because if Q1 is a miss, Q2 can be better. Bad early morning? No problem, the afternoon will be better. Bad afternoon? I still have my night. You get the idea :) I simplified this idea & applied it to my morning routine too! Every 15 minutes is dedicated to doing something - whether that be a quick walk, making breakfast, etc. <3 It’s done wonders for keeping me on track and always motivates me to move forward. #morningmotivation #morningroutine #morningvibes #morninginspiration #lifestyle #timestamps
