How Does It Work? - Your personal healthcare team consists of a Functional Medicine Provider, a Functional Nutritionist Practitioner, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. - You will start your clinic membership with an appointment with the provider for intake and lab orders. - You’ll return in 6-8 weeks to review your lab results. - From there, you will get quarterly visits with the provider to check in on progress and refine your protocol.
