i have become quite close w my shadows, as i observe and see the traces i leave i try not to over think (but naturally i do) i want to consciously know my impact to others i meet, to my loved ones to my own person and her past just like some red wine which symbolizes transformation; natures way of holding up a mirrior so we can see clearly to growth & renewal ~
