I am forever grateful for this sport and the friends and family that I have gained because of it. 5 years ago, I went out for cross country fully expecting to quit after my first season, but here I am. This sport and this family has blessed me in so many ways and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Even through the injuries, tears, and disappointments, I have grown as an individual and Christ follower. All I have has been given to me by Christ and I am thankful for each day that I get to represent Him through the sport that I have grown to love so much. 1 Corinthians 10:31
