My baby girl is not looking like a baby anymore! Trust me, is bittersweet, but I am so amazed and inspired by her, so I am enjoying watching her blossom! Since she was 6, she’s been @iambebemichelle baby girl too and we’ve been tag teaming on her length retention (hello waist length). Now that’s she’s getting older, I’m letting her venture into protective styles with extensions, and thanks to letting go of generational and cultural practices I’ll incorporate them more into her hair style rotations. Our summer vacation is coming up, eventually, and I’m thinking of how cute Fulani braids would look on her.
