This dish made me mad. The first time @seejaysullivan made this, I didn’t even bother taking a photo. I don’t usually love winter squash, definitely not raw. But I couldn’t stop eating this. Shaved honeynut squash, cryo-blanched, and served with 2-year squash miso, brown butter, lemon, & crispy kasha. Proved me wrong. So good. @birdiegsla
