The sweet & savory snack combo I’m loving 🧡 This might seem like a strange mix, but it’s so good! I used to always eat sweet potato with tahini, sea salt and cinnamon and absolutely loved it, so here’s my higher protein, slightly elevated version 😊 - small roasted sweet potato (even better if you can make a batch ahead of time - cooking and then cooling starches like potatoes increases the resistant starch content, which is great for gut health!) - cottage cheese - tahini - unpasteurized honey - za’atar spice - parsley - flaky sea salt This would also make a delicious lunch paired with some extra protein and greens. #healthysnackidea #healthysnacks #stuffedsweetpotato #sweetandsavory
