Early in the pandemic, I had posted that all of my work had been wiped off the table. @lea_thompson asked me for my address and she and her husband @howiedeutch sent me a check that contributed to me being able to stay that first month in LA. Just knowing that someone I grew up admiring believed in me enough to do something like that mentally gave me the strength to not give up hope of pursuing my dreams even six months deep into the pandemic with no end in sight. I hope you have the most beautiful birthday week, you are an inspiration to me and women everywhere & you raised one of my favorite humans on planet earth. 🙌🏽
