Throughout the year we will be offering cooking demos from local chefs and foodies featuring our Tanaka Farms grown produce!
THIS SATURDAY! August 20, 12pm-1pm: CSA BOX Cooking Demos with Chef Andrew Johnson from Kitchen Curative - Chef Andrew was inspired by this week’s box to create and teach you how to make Creamy Kale Dip (vegan), Summer Buckwheat Salad, and Sunomono Cucumber Salad!
Sponsored by the MaxLove Project. Chef Andrew will be showing you how to use that in-season produce! Whether you are a CSA member or not, you will learn great recipes and cooking tips focused on the farm-fresh produce grown at Tanaka Farms.
There is no additional charge to attend the cooking demos, as they are included with your $5 General Admission, $20 Farm Tour, or other event tickets.
