As a recovering workaholic, learning how to REALLY rest has been a challenge for me! Feeling truly blessed & grateful for the time I got to spend in beautiful Jamaica over the last few weeks! 🇯🇲 If you are spiritual, you will understand me when I say that I was literally CALLED to this island.✨ My heart was open and I sought to understand why I was supposed to travel here. 🌏 I was humbled by the abundance, nourishment and affirmation that I have felt from this trip.
